Assessment of BIM Competencies and Correlation Analysis between Competencies and Career Characteristics of FAB Construction Project Participants

Currently, BIM implementation in domestic FAB construction projects is such an early stage that they are benchmarking the method applied conventional building sector. As such, order to enhance usability of projects, it necessary have a correct understanding and apply accordance with characteristics FAB. This requires defining critical competencies needed by participants undertaking their tasks as well identifying current level competency possessed. Accordingly, this study defined presented reflect through analysis typical related projects.
